Palma is a Master Energy Healer and Teacher having taught those who feel the calling to energy healing and discovering themselves. Palma offers Reiki Level 1, 2 & 3 under the Tera Mai energy system and also Seichem Levels 1 and 2.

Energy is not a physical object so Reiki and other energy healing modalities can be taught in person or online- energy travels through time and space! Palma offers group online energy healing workshops and also private 1:1 classes with certification provided at completion that enables the healer to heal themselves and then as a practitioner from completion of Level 2. With all learnings, ongoing mentoring is provided as well as your own manuals to keep and certification.

The provided Reiki courses are based on the Kathleen Milner’s Tera Mai Reiki lineage which are based from the initial teachings of Mikao Usui. Seichem (Say-Keem) originated from Ancient Egypt and from Buddha as through the Kathleen Milner line and is a healing energy that builds on Reiki by adding in the energies air, water and fire elements. These transmute energy, push emotional issues to the surface and balances emotions amongst multiple other things.

Completion of Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite for Seichem Level 1 and so on for each Reiki/Seichem level.
